Called to see if they had any deals going on the laptops have been using rac for years now . Jesse answered and sounded like they didn’t even want to be there very rude very like if they were sleepy was no help at all ended up going elsewhere!!

Update: I’ve had the items for months and although I’m late paying the past 2 months due to emergencies out of my control, they still call daily, more than once a day, and have now started threatening to come pick up the items EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW I ALWAYS PAY, even if late, I ALWAYS make a payment. Rent-A-Center is the worst place to get things you need. When I got items from Rent-A-Center when I lived in Florida, they NEVER did this (and that was only 3 years ago). They start calling to harass you the morning that your payment is due. It’s pretty ridiculous honestly. Why harass customers that you know always make a payment?

Super friendly staff and clean store! Much easier to get this process completed in person rather than on website. Stop and say hi, they will take nice care of you!

I contacted this RaC for an urgent need of a short term refrigerator rental while my built in was being repaired/replaced. They were super responsive and provided the refrigerator early the next day and with a very easy application process. In fact I did the application by phone as I was out of town. The cancellation process was just as easy and also done via phone call. My situation was a bit complicated as the short term refrigerator rental was for a rental property. This required RaC to coordinate the delivery and pick up with a tenant and coordinate payment through me. They handled it well and with absolutely no “friction” throughout the process. They returned calls when they said they would. They followed through on every commitment. I initially worked with Carlos (over the phone) and I assumed he was an outlier with respect to excellent service. But I then worked with someone else (can’t recall the name) when I cancelled the short term rental and that person was just as courteous and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this location based on my experience.
