I contacted this RaC for an urgent need of a short term refrigerator rental while my built in was being repaired/replaced. They were super responsive and provided the refrigerator early the next day and with a very easy application process. In fact I did the application by phone as I was out of town. The cancellation process was just as easy and also done via phone call. My situation was a bit complicated as the short term refrigerator rental was for a rental property. This required RaC to coordinate the delivery and pick up with a tenant and coordinate payment through me. They handled it well and with absolutely no “friction” throughout the process. They returned calls when they said they would. They followed through on every commitment. I initially worked with Carlos (over the phone) and I assumed he was an outlier with respect to excellent service. But I then worked with someone else (can’t recall the name) when I cancelled the short term rental and that person was just as courteous and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this location based on my experience.

I had a wonderful experience at rent a center. Chandler location. All my questions was answered. They work to satisfy customers.They have wonderful customer service skills. The Manager there is awesome. The whole staff is friendly and polite. I will highly recommend this location to shop so you all can experience the wonderful experience.
