My wife and I went in on Friday and were wanting a washing machine, they didn't have the one we could get and were told to apply for it online which we did...My wife already has an account there and we were told that it would be delivered Wednesday which is today and a female answered the phone and was real short with me and told me to move everything out of the way.She then called me back and told me that she didn't know anything about us or a washing machine even though we were put on the delivery schedule......We have already waited over a week and nobody has told us what was to be expected on our end....This has been a nightmare dealing with this store.....We have had several things over the last two years in dealing with this store.....It seems the goal for this store is to sit back and get paid and not sell a thing.......I'm certain that when we go this evening, they will be saying Friday delivery which neither my wife or I will be at home till evening....

In these hard economic times, it's really nice to find a business that appreciates its customers. The Aaron store in Troy, AL exemplifies that. LaTrell and store manager Damian are the absolute best at "seeing" me as a customer! Their service is STELLAR! I recommend that everyone go see them if they need a flexible payment option for an expensive item that is needed immediately

THEY TOLD ME MY DELIVERY WAS GONE BE THERE IN THE MORNING; BUT ITS 3 HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSE AND IAN GOT NOTHING YET!!!!!
I did an online order for a stove 3 weeks ago, never heard a word. Called about a week later to check in and was told I had to email my prove of residence and license. Email was sent, still never heard anything. Got an email saying my renewal payment was due. Called yesterday and was told someone would call me back and didn’t. Called again today and they said I had to make another payment before it would be delivered to me and the soonest that would be is next week. Told them to just cancel my order!

I have been a long time many years customer about 20 years here in Troy Alabama. I have watch workers come & Go over years. However the crew you have today Sept 02, 2025 I do not like. First when I purchase my wash & dryer I had give a copy of my disability letter. The old workers knew I didn't get my social security until the 3rd of each month. My understanding then was I had until the 15th of the month. But For some how they put down the 1st of the month. I have never been late or had pay a late fee. So yesterday your dam store was close for labor day. So today on Sept. 02 when I go in your new worked tells me I have to pay $8 more on my payment for a late fee & said they couldn't change it. I'm not complaining about the $8 I paid the dam thing but It's a dam shame as long as I been a customer that I was charge a late fee for your store old workers who no longer work there & New workers who don't know what hell going on. I got about 4 half payments left. After today once I pay it off I probably won't be coming back Until your store can learn not do disability folks like that. The older workers knew I didn't get paid until the 3rd they was 24 payments I haven't never ever miss a payment or been late. Hire employees who actually treat your long time customers with respect. Great establishment, very nice furniture in quality, affordable, and well taken care of. The Sales Manager (Brittany) is great, very friendly positive, and helpful.
