We got a new couch from this Opelika location in spring of 2025. Within a month my husband slept on it he was itching terribly and broke out in a rash. We thought he was allergic to the couch material. When I flipped the console up it was loaded with bed bugs. We had to pay $1200 to have it treated and our house. We don’t go anywhere or to anyone’s home/. We’ve never had an in house visitor, so the bed bugs either came from them or walked in from outside and I was told by the bed bug specialist that bed bugs wouldn’t just walk into our house from outside. We also bought a asus rog strix 17 inch laptop also a tiny bit of one year ago and it has been crashing. They’ve promised a new replacement all year and never seem to have one. Giving the run around. If anyone wants to see proof of the date when I bought my couch and the time of the bed bugs either treatment, message me and I’ll prove that the bed bugs must’ve came from Aaron’s in Opelika.
This store is so unprofessional. We ordered a washer and dryer and a fridge which was suppose to delivered Wednesday then it got cancelled so we had to wait till Thursday. Then they kept telling us how the delivery driver was going to be here three times and never showed until three hours later. Explained to us what took so long that he forgot the fridge. Then he puts everything and realizes he forgot he hoses for the washer and dryer. So now we got everything but can’t wash clothes without the hoses so now we been waiting for them to come back and it’s been two hours waiting for the hoses, don’t appreciate this at all and it was such an inconvenience.

The manager always helps me no matter how picky I am with whatever I need without a problem. The delivery guys that come out are great. They work awesome together. And you can tell it. Those are the only three I've ever dealt with but from that, seems to be a great team.

I walked in looking for a washer the manager Liz helped me with exactly what I was looking for, the price was really good on it so I got it and I love the experience and the customer quality here

I’ve bought many many many things from them. I get behind 20 days and they want to come and get my stuff. This is how they treat loyal customers. Never thought I’d have to leave a bad review but apparently they got a new manager and there doing this to ALOT of there loyal customers. Very disappointed! Will never WVER get anything from them again. Couldn’t give me 2 days when I get paid to pay it. Says I’m 20 days behind so they can’t do that. Horrible!
