Such a nightmare since I got these dang couches. My account is on autopay & every time not even on the due date, but 3days before they call “I’m late” or show up at my door. For the 1000th time after you’ve confirmed my account is on autopay you need to get a better system or better employees because not all the brain cells are there. Today they came because “you’re pass due $50.00 on your account” called up the store stating to the lady my account is on autopay & my bank statement clearly states it’s been taken out which she confirmed that everything is up to date. Told them that and shut the door. I don’t need to keep being harassed for your guys incompetence to keep organized and track of who’s actually not paying. NEVER BUY FROM AARONS THEYRE SUCH A HEADACHE !!

Seem nice and professional at first!!! They employees that repeat cc numbers back very loud while other customers are in store, while trying to pay! None are knowledgeable of their own deals, or processes! Had an agreement that is now paid off after two years, had one we sent back due to covid issues that they were unwilling to work with us on! I have an email that states to call and let them know and they would work with us on it! Have all the medical Dr paperwork to show the hospital stay and all the positive tests! Will NEVER use them again!! Fake people!!
