I have had nothing but issues with the workers there and when I do call and talk to someone they don’t relay messages to the manager. I have been cussed out by one of the girls that works there and the manager just said well I’ll have a talk with her and that’s it. The disrespect and the customer service there is unreal! I do not recommend and I will never be going back.
I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this company. We had to get multiple washers replaced and right after we made it off it quit working. Went to get a dryer paid for a deposit had to return the dryer and they will not refund my deposit. I am not sure the manager is there now but they are stealing money from ppl and there products suck. I would not recommend getting a washer or dryer from this company.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Kathy is the best!! I definitely recommend going!!
James is the absolute best. He doesn’t mind at all going out of his way to help his customers! I have recommended many friends and family your way simply because of him.
The staff here are very helpful and responsive Kathy is wonderful I was her customer at Hwy 90 couldn’t meet a better lady she goes above and beyond to help people with what they need
