My advice: Don’t rent from them.. Go to Buddy’s and ask for Misty! Assistant manager here at Bestway is extremely rude and disrespectful. Just disgusting and distasteful how she speaks to another adult. I’m surprised she’s even an assistant manager. The manager there hides behind his desk while she treats and speaks to their customers that way. Like I said don’t waste your time or money there, GO TO BUDDY’S and ask for Misty.

I have been a customer in this store for over 15 years I have always paid on time I have never been late on a payment usually I pay my week several days before it due I am due on Saturday you have to have a card on file they try to take your money by Thurs or Fri which is still before due since I'm not due until Saturday I have made them stop pulling money off of my card but now they call me starting on Thurs and they call every 5 mins even after I tell them I will go online myself and pay my bill on Saturday and God forbid if you don't pay them a day ahead of time the phone calls are more often I have asked them to stop calling me before I am due but they continue to call and harass me so if bestway is seeing this review I am due on Saturday and that does not mean call me all day Thurs, Fri and Sat I am due Saturday and am not late technically until Saturday night at 11:59 pm so I should not hear from ya'll until Monday when you guys open back up and I am never late on a payment so the phone calls need to stop
Tyler and Breon were super sweet! They put my bedroom set together within a hour with no problems. I highly recommend Bestway! Sturdy and beautiful furniture.

They did an amazing job , very quiet & really fast . I love that they ain’t put no scratches on my floor either ❤️
