a worker asking for my personal things in my home I brushed off, but the constant calling from the store early in the morning and late at night asking do I wanna purchase anything else was VERY annoying. I was glad to find my same exact couch on wayfair for like $2,000 less

Went to Buddy's to get a head start on a Christmas item. Savannah was awesome!!!! Super friendly and very helpful. She is helping me make somebody very happy this year. The whole process was quick and easy and I walked out with exactly what I wanted.

We could not be happier with the quality of the product, the quality of customer service, or just the communication we receive from shopping at Buddy's in Alabaster. We recently purchased a new home and even with the pandemic going on, the ownership and staff here worked tirelessly to ensure we received our orders. Not only did we receive them in a timely manner but the staff worked hard to put together and install everything we ordered for our home. They treated our home with so much respect like it was their own. They took with them every box, plastic cover, or piece of paper that came with them. I was so impressed to see them be set up so quickly and professionally. If you are wanting to furnish your home and not worry about the hassle and bothers of walking in a big-box furniture store, then you need to shop here. You won't be greeted but someone fighting with others to make a sale but a warm smile and friendly service. I can ensure you, the ownership takes a lot of pride in what they do and how they do it.
