I am 100% please with this rent a center. I put my order in and 2 days later it was delivered. The bed frame that went to the bed didn't work it was making my mattress sink well they offered to deliver me a different frame and I went and picked up as they delivered a complete bedset and dining room set the day before. I couldn't ask for better customer service skills. I thought I was paid weekly and didn't realize it was bi weekly well I called and spoke to the manager and with a few simple steps I was switched to bi weekly. Phenomenal staff and 100% satisfaction customer service skills.
