The Buckhannon store is always nice and clean the workers are very friendly and willing to help you and the cost of things are set up to where you can afford nice things I'm just sorry for one thing and that's I wish I had started dealing with them so much sooner so if you're looking for something and just can't afford to buy it right out go to Rent World and they will help you all they can so don't waste your time look other places you'll not find one any better than rent world

Never had a bad experience I have been dealing with Christina since she was at the Clarksburg store before the then General Manger shut it down now i deal with Christina in Buckhannon and she is awesome I will always call her if i need anything right now i have a tv and refrigerate and desktop gaming pc from them and love everything i got from them they have not ever did me wrong and if i need something all i do is call her and she will do her best to get it for me thanks for the great service keep up the awesome work

My mom ordered a box springs and mattress from here.. I wasn't happy with it.. tried to see what their return policy was, and they said they didn't have one since she paid cash.. Now I'm stuck with over a $400 mistake . It wasn't slept on. They said if she rented it they could help us out, but since she paid in full, they can't take it back.. Wouldn't even let me bring it back for store credit, and pick out something I would like. I think it is a bunch of BS.. and I'm very unsatisfied with their services . I'll never buy from anything from them, and she never will again.

Worst company there crooks They damaged my home when they came and removed items Payments are not made correctly do not pay cash here ever money disappears go figure Christina and junior are worst customer service ever They try to sell personal stuff out of the back of the store if that tells ya anything
