If I could leave zero stars, I would. I made a simple auto-pay mistake while out of town with my family and corrected it when returned but the harassment never stopped. The store manager, PJ, was aggressive, demanding, and completely unprofessional in how he handled it. No customer should feel pressured or disrespected after fixing an issue. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else..

My boyfriend currently has a couch through here, at this location. Where do I begin.. let’s start off with the fact that we were out back mowing and the driver came down into our back yard (we have no trespassing signs at that). The driver proceeded to THREATEN my boyfriend because of the way he was looking at him, yes all he was doing was looking at him and the driver threatened him. If I were you, I’d STEER CLEAR of this location. They also call countless times per day even if you’re one day late.

I did the rental agreement on a washer and dryer. And was told that I could pick up the items .When I went on Thursday to pick them up. The dryer had been sent to someone else's home and I had to wait for them to pick it back up and then deliver it to me on Friday. My delivery time was set for 1pm to 3pm. First, they tried to change my delivery time. When they were told that we weren't able to be there between 1 and 3. They still weren't there at 2:45. They were called and I was told that they were going to leave after they finished their lunch in 20 minutes to head towards our delivery. It is now almost 5 o'clock. And nothing has been delivered when I called back to talk to someone the girl that answers the phone is extremely unprofessional and hung up on me so.If I were you, I wouldn't use Rent a Center on Melrose in Roanoke unless you want to wait forever and get treated rudely.

I called to cancel my order almost a month after I placed it, was told they were not able to cancel as they hadn’t received the product from their vendor. Never received a call to follow up or to let me know anything. I never received a phone call that my couch was ready for delivery. I was only told that when I called to cancel my order. I have yet to get my refund from my first payment although my contract was canceled. When I called the woman was very short with me, when she said she would cancel it she hung up on me without asking if I needed anything else or to confirm the cancellation or refund. I called back and the gentleman who I spoke with was also short and stated they had put the refund in, that was on Friday the 29th. I will never do business with this location at all! Stay away!!

The only thing I didn't like was having to carry my own mattresses up the stairs by myself. If they told me I would have to do that I forgot. Delivery was also late. But I really like the staff. They will work with you & get you a deal and actually have morals and respect. And these are the most comfortable beds I've ever laid on. My kids are satisfied.
