Not a good idea to purchase items! Tried to purchase an item online because of a promo they had going on, i then was told i had to come in and the agreement online wasn’t the only agreement i had to sign when my online portal showed it went through and once my id was verified i would be shipped the item right? wrong they said i had to fill out more info in store and that the 1st week doesnt work on electronics when online didnt tell me that. just wouldn’t trust this company not the stores fault for policy’s but the website needs to be fixed or something

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The store manager KYLE was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a way that felt unprofessional and unnecessarily hateful. Customer service should be respectful, but instead I left feeling talked down to and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Even though there was mixed ups and issues that had to be fixed a few times, the customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them and I would recommend the lady that helped me from start to finish, her name is Kimberly.
