they trying to take money off my account 6am 2 days prior of my bill being due. i pay according to my payday come get it lol they will be calling and texting soon lol

They harass you and take their payments out your account early. i’m tired and im looking for some furniture so they can come get it. i can’t take no more i have never missed a payment yet they harass you like they probation officers

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I came in excited. Special ordered a black leather couch. They said they didn’t have it but they could pick it up from another store. They did. I was told it was damaged but was going through an insurance claim so it would be good as new when I got it. Fast forward to the delivery, the men who dropped it off were a delight, very kind. My issue is the Manager Orlando. The furniture was STILL damaged. Cigarette holes in it (I nor no one in my household smoke) no big deal I’ll deal with it. I was being charged almost $70 for UNDAMAGED furniture. I made this aware to said manager & would not make a payment until it gets sorted & he let me know he would get it figured out after I had already made a few payments already. So he texts me & says they dropped the payment to $45. Great! I make the payment. Come the next week all the sudden I’m being charged almost $70 again. I have texts to prove all of this. They are jerking me around. He’s quick to text back about payments but when I ask for corporates number he disappears. This is very unprofessional, mind you I haven’t even had this couch for 90 days. He tells me to come into the store & I refuse because for what? I will be reaching out to corporate & will have this taken care of because this is ridiculous! & again I have PROOF of everything I put in this review.

Buddy’s Home Furnishings is a great place to shop for name brand items, especially if you don’t want to use your credit to qualify for anything from furnishings to electronics, etc. The staff is nice. Mr. Orlando, and Ms. Tina, are kind and will help to assist you in all matters. Mr. Robert is AWESOME and AMAZING!!! Robert was very helpful in assisting my husband and I with placing some heavy furniture with no problem at ALL!!! Robert is very kind, respectful, and very professional!!! I have bought and closed out several contracts with Buddy’s and quite frankly this would be the only rental store I will do business with, so kudos and cheers to the great staff at Buddy’s Home Furnishings in Newport News, VA
