I don't remember the young lady name. I think she's a manager, we were in the store Monday morning she was amazing!!! We were given our slip to go over to Hampton to pick my son Nintendo up. Our talk was well needed for both of us. She was professional thorough and fast. Thanks so much!!! Love The Spence Family.

I inquired about a product to see if I could have it shipped to the store today and I was told to give them my number and they will get back with me and they didn’t. I don’t want to recommend this company like I used to now…..

The WORST customer service ever. Amanda and the other girl are so rude and very unprofessional. They charged my debit card two times in one month and tried to say a missed a months payment when I’ve never been late. I called corporate and received my refund. I can’t wait to pay off my bed and never rent from them again. Antony is too a sketchy guy. They are all so ghetto and nasty. I put the manager in her place today by telling her she just can’t talk to people anyway she wants too, she is a manager at a furniture store. Not a doctor or lawyer. They are all lowlife nobody’s.

It was easy, had a great variety of furniture to choose from and next day delivery. Update: Had to do an update on my review. Got a new T.V. a Philips a few months back 55 inch and it's great! It was delivered to me by Ray and Shannon who gave great customer service as well great interaction. Even shared a few laughs. Explained how everything worked, went thru few things and made sure I was happy with my purchase. (I was, I am!) I appreciate the great customer service given .

I like aarons but i dont like this store because the customer service is deplorable. They are nice when your signing a lease but not after. me and my husband always pay a few days late faithfully and supposedly they noted in so they wont have to call every month but they do and each time they treat me like a CRIMINAL . i have had this for almost 2 years and my contract ends in 3 months and they are rude every time as if they arent going to get their money. Dont waste your time here there are plenty of other places that will treat you better and have lower interest rates. i will being going else where from now on if i ever lease to own. DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR
