Victor and John have been extremely helpful. When I got a switch OLED from them recently it stopped charging. They went out of the way to let me use a loaner switch while the OLED got fixed so I would still have something to play.

My girlfriend and I just bought a new bed from here which is scheduled to be delivered on Friday. The salesman Jack was very kind and patient with us (with me that's saying something).
