Customer reviews
Amazing work, got there and the female who I was talking to on the phone prior made sure to be in the store and back from lunch by the time it was for my appointment. She recognized me and took great care of me and made sure to keep me informed of the status of my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their car needs.
I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 a.m. When I arrived, Assistant Manager Cassie informed me that my tires hadn't even arrived yet and wouldn't be available until 11:00 a.m. I asked why I had been scheduled for 9:00 if the tires weren't there. Instead of apologizing or showing any concern, she responded, "I didn't schedule it. This doesn't have anything to do with me." That response immediately set the tone for my experience. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue or make me feel valued as a customer. Frustrated, I walked out to my car and began searching for the corporate customer service number because I was prepared to take my business elsewhere. A few moments later, Deedee came outside to personally apologize. She took the time to thoroughly explain what had happened with my tire order, answered all of my questions, and genuinely worked to make the situation right. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help completely changed my experience. What was even more disappointing was that while Deedee was helping me, Cassie came outside with an obvious attitude and was visibly irritated that Deedee was taking the time to assist me and try to keep me as a customer. Instead of supporting her coworker, she was dismissive and unprofessional in front of me. Watching someone treat a fellow employee that way, especially one who was simply trying to provide excellent customer service it was disappointing. It honestly felt like Deedee was the manager and Cassie was the employee. Deedee demonstrated the leadership, professionalism, and customer service skills that every manager should have. I also want to recognize Dre, who went out of his way to retrieve my tires. His willingness to help was appreciated and contributed to turning an otherwise frustrating situation around. Later in the process, they discovered that I had some missing lug nuts and one of my wheel studs had broken off. At that point, Cassie did show some remorse and approached me with a much better attitude. She explained that they would do everything they could to fix the issue and that she would not charge me for the labor. I genuinely appreciated that gesture, and it made me feel better about the situation. I only wish that same level of understanding, professionalism, and kindness had been shown from the very beginning. If it weren't for Deedee, I truly don't believe this store would keep as much business as it does. She was the only employee who consistently treated me with professionalism, respect, and genuine care throughout the experience. Had she not stepped in, I would have left and never returned. I don't understand how someone with Cassie's attitude is in a management position. Managers should lead by example, take ownership of problems, and treat both customers and employees with respect—not make people feel like an inconvenience. After reading other reviews, it's clear that I'm not the only customer who has had concerns about the customer service at this location. The one consistent bright spot seems to be Deedee. Deedee absolutely deserves recognition—and honestly, a promotion. The way she handles customers, resolves problems, and represents the business is exactly what every company should value. Employees like her build customer loyalty and keep people coming back. Although my experience started off very poorly, I do want to be fair and acknowledge that by the end of the visit, everything was taken care of. The issues with my vehicle were addressed, the labor on the broken stud was covered, and I ultimately left satisfied with the final outcome. I just hope future customers receive the same level of care and respect from the beginning of their visit—not only after problems arise.
I had another grand experience ,even with a new hire helping me find some new rims for my vehicle! THANKS Ty BC you took the time to show me some great options of new and used tires and listened to my concerns and help me pick the best ones for my issues… thanks for the great customer service and the smooth experience throughout this entire process … definitely will send the family your way 😍
The staff at RNR were very professional, receptive and helpful starting with Ms.Di Di. Very involved in assisting with the intake of information and helpful with the selection of wheels. I would absolutely recommend RNR to my friends and family.
The team is great. They get a feel for what your looking for and shoe you what's on hand. If you don't see what you like, they start s search for it. They are fast and the price quoted is what your paying not like other places that the amounts seem to change. All in one shop as well. Tire rotation, balance and alignments. Just a One Stop Shop! Great insurance when you purchase. Thanks for the great work and getting me in and out promptly!!!
