Customer reviews
RimTyme mounted/balanced some custom rims & tires I bought online. They did it while we waited in the store and did a prenominal job! Every person we encountered there was upbeat and had just great attitudes-was obvious they love what they're doing. The counter guy was honest, upfront and very knowledgeable. Talked with me at length about my car & tires to make sure we had everything we need and that the fitment was right. I'll definitely go back when it's time for new tires.
May 2nd while traveling thru Charleston we had the unfortunate experience of a punctured tire in the pouring rain. Luckily with 5lbs left in the tire we able to make it to RimTyme. Gigi and the staff were so accommodating. She knew we were traveling and fit us in between jobs. A nice 1/4 drill bit was removed from the tire. 20 mins later we were back on the road with nicely repaired tire. That’s what I call above and beyond customer service! If it wasn’t for the pleasure of finding RimTyme, Gigi and staff we would have probably been stranded with a destroyed tire and rim. Thanks for getting us safely on our way! If you need wheels, RimTyme is the place to go.
Now let me start off with I am not the one that paid for the tires with the rims but I just had to leave a review on how much this could effect business yes it’s a sticker but that sticker was on all 4 tires that causes sound when driving. It is the little thing that could make people stop coming here and affect business. All 4 stickers are loud when driving. Now I had to head and go to them because the tps light is on due to a tire being at 60 psi. Newer car yes the light can come on due to high psi and this is sad.
They are so amazing , awesome and kind. Very generous and extremely helpful. Please go see them. They are the best
