Customer reviews
Nate took great care of me. His customer service is exceptional. He’s understanding, friendly and welcoming. Went for used tires and end up buying 4 new ones.
Tires done a week ago. 4/5 wheel studs are broken and stranded me on Edisto Island. Be careful with this place!!
I’ve had all four of my tires replaced here in the past few weeks and I’ve never had a problem with the service or wait time :) they get me in and out of the shop and are very friendly. When ordering my tires, they have them ready to be placed on the very next day and they send a text to let you know when they have it as well. I’m so glad we found this shop and will definitely continue coming for any future tire needs. The prices are also great!
I stopped in for a quick tire repair after finding nails in two of my tires. As soon as I arrived, Mitchell provided outstanding customer service. He got my truck into the shop right away and had everything repaired in less than 30 minutes. I truly appreciate the fast, efficient service and the professional, friendly attitude. It’s great to find a business that values both quality work and customer care. Highly recommend!
Was super pleased they had my tire size in stock, called in a few hours earlier to check. Got there close to 5 (at the Dorchester location) and they were quick with it, literally in and out! Entire staff was very polite and friendly. Grateful to y’all for the amazing service (my first time at this business). The cost to have my 2 front tires replaced was the price I’d end up paying somewhere else just to purchase the tire itself. Appreciate y’all! Will definitely return again ♥️
