Customer reviews
Absolutely great experience with WheelTec! We’ve had them swap out wheels and tires on several of our cars, and the entire team is amazing. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and really take pride in their work. What impressed me most was the owner taking extra time to make sure my daughter’s car was absolutely perfect before she headed off to school. That kind of personal attention and customer service is hard to find. I wouldn’t trust our cars anywhere else. Highly recommend WheelTec!
Outstanding service! Ben was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of. Jon runs a great shop with an honest and professional team. A special thanks to the Puerto Rican technician who freed up my seized tie rod. The Road Force balance completely eliminated the vibration in my Mustang. The car now drives perfectly. Highly recommend!
The owner John and his two associates Ben and Waldi are great! I came in with a concern for my car and dint know what to do and how to go about it. Not only they went out of there way to help me, the owner made sure I left satisfied and secure with the purchase I had made. I was so impressed i came back for there other services they offer. I highly recommend them!!
Absolutely great experience here getting new wheels, tires & leveling kit on my 26 Ram 1500. Waldy made the decision and buying process a breeze. Shoutout to Anthony for the amazing work on install. Couldn’t be happier
Best customer service I’ve had in years we showed up on May 16 to get a valve stem replaced on a tire that another shop said it was too big that they could not take off the rim without scratching the rim. Walding got us in immediately and not only fix the valve stem, but identify other problems, such as the wheels not being balanced correctly and missing the center hub to make the wheel sit properly. He took care of us all while having constant communication to let us know the updates as they work on the car, Aldi is amazing and I would gladly drive across town just to get my vehicle service. Best customer service in years.
