Customer reviews
I’ve been going to RNR Tire Express in Brandon for a while now, and every experience I’ve had with them has been great. I recently called because I had a nail in my tire, and they were friendly and helpful over the phone. They made sure I knew they could take care of it and were very accommodating. When I got there, they continued to provide the same great service I’ve come to expect from them. The staff is always kind, professional, and genuinely takes care of their customers. I really appreciate the way they treat people and the consistent positive experiences I’ve had there. Thank you to the entire team!
Angel and the team were great! Got a full set of tires replaced incredibly fast. Hardly even made it back to my home before I got the alert my car was ready for pickup. Not to mention they have straight up pricing, so there’s no wasting your time with bs fees tacked on at the end. Definitely would recommend coming here if you’re looking for work in the area
The staff at this location went above and beyond in their customer service skills to ensure I could get the tires I needed at a price I could afford! The payment option to pay within 4 months same as cash helped make it possible for me and my husband to be able to get our tires the same day we initially walked in RNR. If you need tires and know that you can pay for them, but need a payment plan to get the job done, RNR in Brandon, Florida, at this location should be able to ensure you are well taken care of. Stop in and see them and tell them Rachael sent you.
Oh do I thank Jay and everyone involved for helping my partner and I! This shop was the first shop we called looking for a used tire just to get by on. Jay’s customer service skills had me intrigued just a few minutes into the convo. I said to myself “that’s someone I’d like to do business with”. Before ending the conversation, he even thanked me for listening to him educate us on our specific situation. We were on the way to the shop this morning when the tire we called about blew. I called around for about an hour or so looking for someone to tow us less than 2 miles up the road and everyone wanted $100+. Long story short Jay and his buddy helped us get to the shop SAFELY. The timing for the service was about an hour or so. The price was DEFINITELY unbeatable for 2 tires and an alignment. Thank you guys so much we WILL be back for the other two tires. This is definitely a shop y’all should support. If you’re skeptical don’t be. Take a chance like we did and you’ll leave with a big smile :) #veryhappy
Great shop! Got a flat and then replaced all four tires. Honest prices, quick service (under an hour), and they checked alignment for free. Car drives way better now. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy—highly recommend! Will be back.
