I literally LOVE this place!!!! Their prices for tires are so affordable. All of the employees are kind and super helpful. I did wait a while BUT it was busy and I didn’t have an appointment. Other than that this place is amazing! Been here for two services and both were fantastic! Definitely recommend 😊
I spent almost $800 on brakes. My cat was perfect no issues just needed new brakes. However when they changed the brakes they were making a weird noise. I thought maybe it was because they were brand new however 3 weeks past and nothing, still making that squeekie noise. I called them, brought in the car and they can't find nothing wrong apparently it was only me hearing the noise. I called again after 2 weeks again same issue now more constant. I was so frustrated I have to loose time from work and pay Uber to and from work because. Never ever will be coming back.
I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I received from the associates of Tire World! Tonia and Peggy were so helpful. It only took 40 minutes to install 4 new tires to my vehicle, and it was a very good experience. Kudos to everyone for making the experience so pleasant. I would highly recommend Tire World to anyone without any reservation.

I recently acquired a nail in my right front passenger tire, indicated by The tire warning light on my dashboard The next day I drove to AutoZone and purchased a can of fix a flat which I processed into my tire before driving to a station with an active air hose The following morning, I left home, after googling tire repair stores near me. Low and behold Tire World was less than half a mile from my home I called first and they said all customers are served on a walk-in basis I drove over and was met by a smiling mechanic named, Jose He quickly assessed my tire and directed me to a service bay After he jacked up my vehicle and began removing the tire, I checked in with the service counterwoman, Tonya, who greeted me with an equally bright smile I went back outside and watched Jose work his craft Everything about Tire World was professional The nail was removed, and a professionally prepared cold cure patch was placed over the injury, prior to rimming the newly repaired tire Jose replaced the tire onto my vehicle and as he was lowering it back down to earth, I went in and squared the repair fee with Tonya Tire World’s waiting area and service bays were clean and orderly. Jose and Tonya, courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with the price of the service and repair performed on my tire. (They also offer oil changes at their 202 W. Hillsborough Ave. location) I will be telling my friends and family about Tire World’s impeccable sales and service.
