Finally a group of honest and fair tire people! I have a Jeep Wrangler with a lift and big tires. Woke up this morning to a big screw/bolt in my back tire. They fit me in today, and could not fix it tire b/c of location of the puncture. But they put the spare on for me, got the tire sensors working, and literally didn’t charge me for the help. These guys are big supporters of New Life Warehouse in Tampa (how I was referred to them) and obviously love out their honest/ethical values with their customers. Thanks, guys. And for the quote on new tires…ironic how changing my tire out for free will end up making you money anyway! I appreciate you guys.

I went to RNR not knowing what would fit my truck since I was going to change the stock parameters. Marco spent a great deal of time educating me on rim and tire selection. He walked me through different styles and got on a call with his other offices to locate what was available. The installation team did a great job and wiped the rims and tires before I left. A great experience overall. Highly recommend RNR and the price out the door was much less than I anticipated. My truck looks amazing!
Marcos helped me when I came in for an alignment. As a woman going in by myself and not knowing much about cars or maintenance, I was a little nervous, but he made the experience really comfortable. I walked in without an appointment and he still accommodated me and got me scheduled. He took the time to explain things in a way I could understand, including the importance of getting my car serviced every six months or every 6,000 miles. Marcos was very kind, professional, and pleasant. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend this shop.
