If I could five zero stars I would!!! I'm writing to share my disappointing experience with Aaron's regarding a washer and dryer I financed with them about 1.5 years ago. Six months in, I reported the washer shaking violently - like the bucket was off balance. They said it was "normal wear and tear" and wouldn't help. now, I know for a fact that when I screw up my mom's washer, our washer was last, it does for a few years before it started doing that. Not overloading it, of course, because, you know, that's what's gonna cause it to do that quick. But I never did any of that!! Now, with only TWO SHEETS in it, the washer shakes out of control. Despite previous reports, Aaron's refused to address the issue. Now the item's paid off, and I'm stuck covering costly repairs myself. I do not recommend financing appliances or anything for that matter with Aaron's. Sincerely, April Gill

I have been a loyal on-time paying customer for over a year. I was scheduled for a delivery and pickup today before 3pm. No one called to give an estimate time ( maybe 8-11, 10-2) nothing. I waited around all day. At 1:23 I called to get an update on delivery. I was told sorry we can’t give an exact time. I said I wasn’t expecting an exact time but time frame would be appreciated. I was told they were heading to the stop before me so it would be closer to 3pm and that they’d call before they were on the way. 3:04 rolls around and they are not here. No call, no text. I call Aaron’s again. I said I was scheduled for before 3 pm. They never showed up. The lady replied, we can reschedule you for Friday after 3 pm. That won’t work for me. Then the next available day was Monday. Poor time management, no courtesy call or “estimated timeframes “ . If they knew they would not make the “before 3 pm” they should have at least attempted to inform me and reschedule. No consideration for the customer.

Training is so important. Understanding customer service is so important. Delivery is also important, but most of all putting people in charge who don't suffer with self esteem to the point they have to be condescending to your customers is most important. Aarons @Temple is a no! I came in to purchase a couch but I will return to Ashley's to purchase due to the rudeness of your "Manager." This is why you can't put just anyone in the position. The young lady on mgmnt duty 11/25@5pm needs to attend management training!

I were approved online for a sectional couch because I were trying to get something that I could afford on a monthly basis. But since I already have a living room set and tv from Aaron and I were delinquent in my payment they cancel my order online couple weeks ago even though we’re already approved. Aaron have really have change every time they get new managers in the Templd office. Due to my income decrease is the actual reason I were getting something much less expensive. They will called you 24/7 till they get payment. I have been with Aaron over numerous of years and ever in my house I had paid them off but they don’t care. Aaron do even wants to work with their clients and that’s us so sad.

The Aaron’s in Temple is just a bad as the one in Belton. One of your employees named Samatha, thinks she can be bossy and say that my husband- Manuel Reyes had to be here to deliver a sofa. Since when did the buyer have to be present? I have been a customer with Aaron’s more than 10 years and I’ve always ordered online and in person. And cause of that y’all never brought me my sofas. I don’t see why he has to miss work just to be here when I’ve never had something like this before, I’ve always received my sofas without him being here.
