Kate did not communicate very well and was able to charge me a cleaning fee that left us feeling very dissatisfied with our rental in general. The uhaul was returned in the same shape as we received but with about $40 more worth of fuel. Thanks Kate for the great service
Would highly recommend you drop a uhaul truck and trailer at another location. Zero positive things to say about this location.
Rented a uhaul from a different location last week. Needed one this week and they refused me for technical bs w my license. Clearly a valid license with multiple forms of i.d. but I guess employee didn't want to do the contract, easier to send customer away

We use them exclusively for uhaul rentals and the customer service is top notch. The trucks are always clean
Best experience ever with renting a u-haul. Kate was amazing at getting everything together for me. I literally walked in there and she had my rental completely ready to go. I may have spent 5min completing the documentation and I was on the road. I've rented many U-Hauls in my past, and nothing comes close to this experience. ET rentals and U-Hauls is #1 guys.
Kate is great! The prices and interest are much better than the competition too! I furnished my entire new house here! I highly recommend ET Rentals!
