Edward and Carlos were polite, greeted me with smiles, asked where I wanted the item placed and when I changed my mind moved it with not complaint. They showed me how to use the item and advised me to be careful with the cord. Excellent customer service!

I had a wonderful experience with Rent-A-Center from start to finish. Amber was my salesperson, and she was absolutely amazing—friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free. The delivery team, Alex and AJ, were just as great. They arrived on time, were professional and respectful, and handled my furniture with care. They set everything up perfectly and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Overall, the service and delivery were outstanding. I truly appreciate the teamwork and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Rent-A-Center!

Amber was our salesperson and she was patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! Marcus and Aj were our delivery guys and they were excellent! They were friendly and made us feel comfortable during our delivery. I would recommend them a thousand times!!! All around excellent service
