Walked in. Walked around for like 10 minutes not one hello welcome to Aaron's nothing. The guy at the counter looked at us and ran to the office. Yall need new employees all the way around.

My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the service was poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. When I tried to address the issue, no effort was made to resolve it. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism, which unfortunately was not the case here. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Horrible company. Have never once done business with them and today has reminded me why. Guessing that my neighbors were dumb enough to rent from them and have now fallen delinquent because the drivers came to my home, knocking on my door aa if they had search warrants. Then proceeded to grill me for information on their whereabouts. First of all, they just moved in so I do not know them. The drivers keep pushing as if not speaking to your against the law. Then when I called to complain about the situation. Renee stated its her company policy for them to go door to door looking for their client. When I stated I would file a consumer report and police report she hung up and they refused to answer the phone again. Disgusting low quality overpriced merchandise and thankfully I have never needed to resort to their services. If thats the level of harassment non customers receive I will be damned if i ever become an actual customer. I will gladly be filing these reports.

I found this location to be great in customer service and their willingness to help is beyond great. While making a paying my sugar dropped and the representative gave me a candy and was naturally concerned for me. I am grateful 🙏🏼 I am a forever customer!

Did everything online, it was simple and fast! Called the store to set up delivery and the store manager Yolanda got me all set up and was super helpful! Antonio delivered my stuff and was fast and nice. Definitely recommend;)
