I went in needing a refrigerator. I made a mistake while filling out the application and the sales manager Jon and Rosa were absolutely amazing helping me calm down AND found me a refrigerator within my budget. Very patient, kind and understanding. Great job and thank you so much

Difficulties we have a dryer gave him the first payment as the dryer is broken and they have not yet to come and fix it called corporate and the store and they have us waiting. It’s been a week now has not been fixed.

Yall had me sit here all day waiting for a delivery 12 to 3 well after that they arrive. brought me a broke tv said someone would come out nasty lady that answered the phone we have till 7 to send someone out . My time is valuable . It's now well past n no one has come. Thats horrible customer service. Why would you send a broke TV to someones house for the price ill pay for it? The guys delivering are nice I will say that. Lizette from what I heard is an operator every time I call I don't know let me put you on hold or the nasty they have till 7 . What she should of said was I will make sure this is taken care of.

Worst service ever with this company. I send my tv in for a repair at the end of August to be serviced with the promise would be ready within 2 weeks. I had to keep checking in with them and kept getting different responses. After almost 2 months of waiting on my TV they finally bring it to me and that's cause I had to go ask about it again. My tv comes back damaged by the company, the scratches on this tv were never on this tv when it left my house.
