I just received a threatening phone call from the GM at the location 390 NW Loop 564,Mineola, Texas 75773. The ladies handling my account were helpful and polite. Unfortunately, my account became past due so I informed them to pick up the merchandise. The GM threatened to contact the police saying that the merchandise was stolen. I insisted it's not stolen if I am requesting that the merchandise gets picked up for non payment. He was rude to hang up in my face. This is considered inappropriate behavior from a GM dealing with a nom payment situation. I realize they have to run a business assuring payments for merchandise. Unfortunately, I loss my job causing past due issues. My experience with him was horrible and I want others to know about it.

I can't rave enough about my experience with this Aaron's yesterday. More specifically Ariel who jumped through all the hoops I threw at her to help me find just the right recliner i was looking for. From setting up electric recliners in the back. To showing me all the other options on the floor and running all the paperwork/numbers on every option I was interested in. She even handled all my banter like a champ and matched my banter right back. Shelby the sales manager was also super helpful and both ladies were uber polite, friendly and a complete pleasure to deal with. From the moment I opened the door to the moment my order was loaded for me and everything is between was pure excellence. Hands down the best Aaron's experience ever and I've been doing business with Aaron's for 20+ years. Thanks to all but especially Ariel since she dealt with my shenanigans the entire time. Keep it up ladies. Yall are doing a outstanding job over there! A++++++++++++++++

My mother worked with Jimmy in Mineola for years. She was a notoriously verbose person that wasn't always easy to deal with, but they had a good relationship (despite her calling him by the wrong name the entire time) and she rented many things from them! When she passed away a year ago, I took over a couple of bills because my family was still using the items. They made the process easy and were very personable and compassionate in our communication! I just finished paying off the last item. In a way, it's bittersweet. I don't live in Mineola, but if you do, please consider renting from them! The team is awesome.

Jimmy is 100% the worse. He yells at costumers. Threatens to call police on them. Is highly rude. I know quite a few people that do business there and have the same experiences. If it gets any worse ive recommended a lawyer for them to use. Jimmy needs to be handled and ASAP.

The Mineola Aaron's Store needs a new manger badly,Jimmy is very rude very unprofessional, on September 8,2025 I was rushed to the hospital with gallbladder problems, they admitted me to run further test,I live alone,the 15th came around and I was still in the hospital, Jimmy is texting my phone being very rude and went as far as to threatening to take legal actions against me,im in the hospital and can't do anything at the time.they did a biopsy and come to find out I have cancer, I get out of the hospital and I called Jimmy to explain to him that I had been in the hospital, he was so rude,very disrespectful and totally did not care about my health at all.he will never ever talk to me like that again, he will never ever threaten me again. I called and told them to come get their stuff ASAP that it was on my front porch, that was Friday September 12,2025,and they still haven't come to get it yet,it's now Wednesday September 17th. Jimmy kept yell7ng at me saying that they had been out to my house a few times to get there stuff while I was in 5he hospital, that was a lie my cameras never seen Aaron's anywhere around my house,my neighbors said they never seen them either. Jimmy doesn't need to be at the Mineola Store much less a manger,im taking my business elsewhere and so is my family and friends.
