Jimmy is 100% the worse. He yells at costumers. Threatens to call police on them. Is highly rude. I know quite a few people that do business there and have the same experiences. If it gets any worse ive recommended a lawyer for them to use. Jimmy needs to be handled and ASAP.

The Mineola Aaron's Store needs a new manger badly,Jimmy is very rude very unprofessional, on September 8,2025 I was rushed to the hospital with gallbladder problems, they admitted me to run further test,I live alone,the 15th came around and I was still in the hospital, Jimmy is texting my phone being very rude and went as far as to threatening to take legal actions against me,im in the hospital and can't do anything at the time.they did a biopsy and come to find out I have cancer, I get out of the hospital and I called Jimmy to explain to him that I had been in the hospital, he was so rude,very disrespectful and totally did not care about my health at all.he will never ever talk to me like that again, he will never ever threaten me again. I called and told them to come get their stuff ASAP that it was on my front porch, that was Friday September 12,2025,and they still haven't come to get it yet,it's now Wednesday September 17th. Jimmy kept yell7ng at me saying that they had been out to my house a few times to get there stuff while I was in 5he hospital, that was a lie my cameras never seen Aaron's anywhere around my house,my neighbors said they never seen them either. Jimmy doesn't need to be at the Mineola Store much less a manger,im taking my business elsewhere and so is my family and friends.
