Watch out for Chris. I simply came to deliver some mattresses and he freaked out on me about the order in which I pulled down his mattresses terrible experience and made my stomach hurt

If I could give zero stars I would! I have had a fridge with them for almost two years it is pretty much paid off only a couple payments left! Total this week they have called me more than 20 times! The general manager Chris leaves tacky voicemails ! My best advice do not ever rent from them unless you want to be harassed every day by them! If it wasn’t for the fridge almost paid off I would give it back!

Everything seems fine until you actually have to return your furniture. I went with Aaron’s specifically for the convenience of returning items that’s advertised on the site. I was unsure how long I would be in my apartment so this was very appealing to me. Well, I called when ready to return and was sent to someone who then told me they would “print this out and put it on the manager’s desk.” This was my answer for 2 weeks until I finally told the guy my move out date was at the end of that week. Then, all of a sudden he was able to schedule the pick up without delay. Thought this was over with until my card was charged for another payment. Called the store and got transferred to “accounts.” Someone answered “hello”.. no name or introduction on who I was speaking to or where. When I asked why I was charged he simply said “Oh, sorry about that. I’ll let my manager know to refund this and call you back.” Didn’t ask for any additional information and of course, I am still waiting on the call back. Not holding my breath for the refund at this point either. I’m pretty sure the girl at the store may have just transferred me to her cousin’s sister’s uncle (not literally, but I’m really not even sure the guy worked for Aaron’s) to get me off the phone.

Made a purchase left work early to be home around the estimated time of delivery stayed home extra hour after to see and still didnt get my delivery
Order online and then be told at the local store you have to pay more even though that’s not what the agreement is on the order online. Worst location I’ve ever had to deal with. Beware of bait and switch tactics! Better off saving your money and buying outright for way cheaper.
Got a washer and dryer long as you make your payments on time they don’t really bother you when you go into the store, its different The girl with the glasses is very professional and knowledgeable and knows how to do her job. The other girl walks around talking about customers talks about her personal life. Makes fun of people‘s culture very rude. Makes it uncomfortable for the customer to want to come back and buy more or spend more money If the store is a place business should be treated as such …
