So a couple days ago, my refrigerator took a crap and we were kind of worried what we were gonna do my wife and I so luckily we turned to Rent-A-Center and that same day they delivered our brand new refrigerator very very affordable and then couple days later, my stove decided to stop working as well so I called Rent is better and they were able to take care of me and tomorrow we will be having a brand new stove affordable prices. Great customer service. Make sure you stop by for all your furniture appliances and electronics. I also needed some new headphones and they had them in stock brand new, not used or anything and as I was at the store, I need my papers. I noticed they had a huge collection of TVs couches, sofas, beds, washer, dryers, and mud much more plus the staff is friendly amazing and very well knowledge on the items that they have a bigger for me. Stop by Rent-A-Center on San bernardo next to Burlington coat factory.and tell them I sent you and they will take care of you and plus everything is done online on your phone. You really don’t need to go into the store. Ayde and her staff is amazing….

Disappointed with my experience I called ahead to confirm prices and details before making a purchase, and the associate made everything sound great over the phone. She asked for my card number and charged me more than the quoted amount. On top of that, the item I received was used, not what was described. When I called about returning it, I was told I needed to come in person to get my refund in cash because it “wouldn’t go back to my card.” I went out of my way to the store again, only to be told the refund would actually take three business days to process. Overall, the experience felt misleading and inconvenient. I expected honesty and consistency — not to be charged extra and made to chase down my own refund

When i miss a payment they insist to pay like i am not doing any payment i already to finish to products that i get here.

When I signed the papers I was told it would be delivered the next day. when I called they told me it was scheduled for the next day. Now, I called an hour before delivery time to confirm and they said yes the truck is loaded, And they didn’t arrive.

Kept telling me my furniture would be delivered today and yet no one ever arrived. I called several times to confirm and they stated yes. Now they’re closed and I have yet no furniture. I missed a whole day of work. Canceling my items first thing in the morning.
