I’m not a customer from them and I never will be. The way they interact over the phone shows no empathy for customers and they become argumentative. I saw it first hand and I would never consider doing business with them. BE BETTER.

I have been a customer for years, and you people seem to not give any importance on what I'm going through, no matter who you have as GM or Sales you don't care about the life situation on people all you care is the money don't owe alot and still Luisa and Staff can understand my situation with my wife where she's on the line of death or live, you want me to get money as I'm a magician, I'm not working at the moment and still all it is money money money who cares if my wife lives or dies, so let it be known that is why I didn't wanted to do more business with you guys ohh no but Luisa was andale sir lluevese algo, and the end you just don't understand you sell your products as if you're selling me 2 or 3 sets of washing machine and Dryers and yet that I don't owe that much you're eager for the money if I find a way to pay or not I WILL NEVER MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN ON BUYING FROM RENT A CENTER P.S. PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY IT CASH IS ALOT MORE CHEAPER THAN BUYING FOR RENT A CENTER
