I purchased a NEW washer/dryer combo. The last payment before I paid them off, the dryer gave out. I reported it and they picked it up to “fix” that was in Feb.2025. We are at the end of July and they still haven’t given me the dryer back. I’ve been asking for it all this time and they still haven’t given it back to me.

I usually never do this but today I can honestly say that I am truly and genuinely sat by the service they provide and provided us with. Not only did Store manager George kept his word but actually took care of us (merchandise repair) and help us get what we wanted… also to Enrique KIKE and RICK for making sure our merchandise gets here on time and with care. These guys were humble professionals and respectful when it came to our delivery. Thank you gentleman for making sure we are always satisfied!
