I had a very disappointing experience with the credit manager at Rent-A-Center. The level of professionalism displayed was extremely lacking, both in communication style and overall conduct. The way he spoke came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, which is unacceptable in any customer facing role. Additionally, there seemed to be a disregard for proper confidentiality. Information was not handled appropriately, and there was a noticeable lack of discretion when discussing matters that should only involve the customer directly. This creates an impression of dishonesty and poor business ethics especially concerning something as simple as a couch purchase/payment. I strongly believe this individual would benefit from further training in professional development, customer service, and privacy standards. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to feel confident that their information is handled responsibly.

I have a 2024 Maytag washer and dryer I got it February 16th 2024 and I love it and I haven't had no problems with it and it works very good and I had it over over over a year and I don't have no complaints about my washer and dryer and it cleans clothes very good and it gets the job done and I'm very pleased and happy with my washer and dryer and it take very good care about clothes and it's a very good washer and dryer
