Why I chose this was because the so called manager Steve dont know how to take care of what is promised. I bought a bedroom set and paid it cash price not the whole term . Come to find out my bed frame was messed up by the 2 men one name is Eli and his rookie at the time. They stripped the holes to where the screw hold the frame. Let me back up the first time the bottom draws were not leveled at all . I called and report that issue only to find out that when we were cleaning under the bed and about to move my mattress thats when we found that the bed frame was not secure and missing screws. I was very pissed to this point cause we just paid off our balance. I called report it's the guy name Albert was like this is a general manager issue . Sent the email to the GM still did not get a return call instead he was rude. Called back still could not get him on the phone. Called back again got a lady on the phone. They came and sent the same rookie right at 7pm to do a temporary fix . I called again to speak to GM Albert passed the phone to another rude black gentleman so I talked to him the same way . I said your GM dont know how to return people's phone calls and want to see if yall have my replacement parts. Never will I do business with this store ever again. Go to another store people cause customer service here is a joke !!

Be careful with the lies that they tell at this store. I am nearing the end of my lease with almost perfect payment history. Think I was late 1 time due to loosing my debit card anyways they offered me 1st month free for being a “good customer” on “ANY” new lease. When I called to hopefully get a new computer nope does not qualify. Hey Aaron’s! Don’t promise your customers with promotions on “ANY” new lease if it won’t qualify. Here’s the voice mail your employee left me. Perhaps you should say “ANY NEW LEASE” if that’s not what it means. Looks like Julia needs more additional training days.

Whoever keeps coming by my house and harassing my dogs/kids STOP! I have NOTHING FROM YALL! I have called and said my address and was taken off yalls list and someone keeps coming by. At this point it is harassment! And you are scaring my kids by continuing to come by. STOP! this is ridiculous!

I would like to take this opportunity and time to say, I love the hospitality and great customer service I received while making my purchase. Angel the Stores manager is always so polite. I also had a chance to view the store, all I can say is that the displays and neatness was on point. I have no concerns nor issues about this location. Everyone including the team there are also very polite. I recommend this store specifically to visit for your visions needs. I love this Aaron's located @2312 West Shady Rd.Irving TX .
