Not impressed with an employee showing up at my door over a payment that is 5 days late. I can understand knocking if someone is 3 weeks to a month late, but 5 days is a bit much. Especially since my payments have been on time and have had no issues. I do recall even paying twice in a month if I'm not mistaken but no employee should come bothering a customer at 5 days late at 0930HRS telling me to call the store right then and there. The store was closed when the employee showed up at my door. I was actually going to call the store when it opened at 1000HRS. Not expecting an employee to show up before they even opened.

I was very impressed and happy for my couch to arrive. My mom fractured her knee and this couch was the key to getting her out of bed. Thank you to the two gentlemen who delivered my furniture, they were kind, professional and had amazing attitudes. I appreciate all that you do!

Do not rent from this place. The staff are totally incompetent and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing They have screwed up our payments multiple times. They call saying our payment is late then you call back they say your are current in our computer. We requested a refrigerator repair wks and wks ago still waiting for that repair. We only owe one more payment on it and I think they are waiting for us to pay it off then they won't be culpable to fix it warranty expired.we called about the repair no one knows what we are talking about. Then someone said the part had been ordered well it must be coming by carrier pigeon because it's been weeks. For your own sanity stay away from aarons
