I been going here for over 10 years but today when I called to make a payment I was charged $24 extra on my card and made my bank go negative because of this so on top of that I have to pay a extra $35 to my bank. I was never told I would be paying extra on the phone when I told him the price he said ok then took more

I’ve been a customer of this location for a long time & I live it here! AJ did an outstanding job with today’s delivery! He delivered my washer & dryer & went above & beyond! Also, Bristol’s amazing dedication to his customers satisfaction is what has this customer returning! 10/10 ⭐️

Complete waste of time. I put in an order with Bristol for a MacBook Air upon being approved for up to $4000 in merchandise. I payed a reservation fee of $25. Spoke to him and he said he put in my order and promised me updates, phone calls, emails, all of which never happened. I ended up waiting close to 3 weeks calling every couple of days to get any update. To which all he did was give me the work around. First it was pending, then it was shipping but there was delivery delay, then he dodged my calls for almost a week before he finally answered one day just to say “oh yeah you didn’t get approved”. Again a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. These guys are unprofessional, dishonest, and straight up have no idea of business ethics. I genuinely believe I was being lied to the entire time and for what I don’t even know. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had purchasing anything. Do not , I repeat do not try to buy or rent anything from this location. You will have your time and money wasted and won’t even get close to getting the item you want.

Rent-A-Center has lost a customer and I have never even rented from them before. The blasphemy of it all. The employees at 407 N Garland Ave, Garland TX 75042(Boogie and Ben if that’s even their names) have put a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth behind a company I have NEVER done business with. They have EXTREMELY HORRIBLE customer service or should I say they LACK customer service skills, they hang up on people when they are being told that something they did was not appreciated, they tell you well do what you gone do when you tell them you’re going to contact corporate, and they also give wrong information. They told me one story on why I haven’t heard anything but told corporate a totally different story on why they have yet to contact me. Their reason to me: well there is an active account with the same address so there will be a letter sent to you on what to do. HOWEVER to corporate they told this lady there are THREE pending applications for our address. 😂😂😂😂. So first off what does a previous tenant having account have to do with me and my gf when we haven’t even been here a month yet? If that is even their true story. AND yes me and my gf both applied to see who would be able to get a better deal as she’s been on her job longer(1.5yrs vs 2months), so if THAT is the true story(that’s what they told corporate) why didn’t you just say that over the phone OR CONTACTED ME BACK 3 days ago! Like make that make sense. All we wanted was a larger fridge and freezer than the one that came with the residence. Smh
