Butch is the most insufferable worker I’ve ever encountered. And this review is literally just for him. The gm Tre has taken care of me for years. Literally helped me take care of some account issues when I was in the hospital for weeks and fell behind. But butch? Won’t even let you speak to a manager, argues, shows zero empathy towards customers and honestly when I call and he answers I try to speak to someone else immediately. The guy could absolutely be nicer and at the very least let me speak to the manager who’s been taking care of me at this store for years.

Butch and his 2 “store managers” will contact your family and your brothers ex wife and her in laws despite their involvement or the fact that they asked 3 times not to be contacted again. At this point im just enjoying the ammunition theyre giving me for when i file a case for violation of the fair debt collection practices act which strictly says in there tat if the company is asked not to contact someone again they lawfully have to respect and abide by that person or persons wishes… i didnt even get crap from this crap place my brother did and my ex wife her family and i are being bothered non stop so we will be taking legal action thank you for making it easy

Started off great when I got my washer and dryer set. As time has gone by and my dryer quit working they told me they will send a technician out to fix it. Never late on payments and it will be a day later to see what’s wrong….. I asked to swap it it out and was told no. Everything is at their convenience. They get there money but you won’t get the full product lol

I spoke to an associate director n the store who refused to give the their name. My delivery was two days late. The unprofessional is a I the highest level l. Don't do business with this store

They mislead you and even if you select you want to pay monthly they force you to do bi weekly and force you into autopay….kind of shady..then even though you pay the penny down, which is their promo, they wait until 2 hours before delivery to try to extort more money from you. Butch is a liar and when you catch him in his lies he gets frustrated and talks over you and hangs up…terrible customer service

This company does fraudulent orders on your account! I literally was looking up washers and dryers.. and got approved for a payment plan but never purchased. Then two days later received an email saying I purchased a TV! And that it was going to be delivered and they put an electronic signature that I did not agree to or anything! Please do not purchase from here. They are fraudulent!
