Started off great when I got my washer and dryer set. As time has gone by and my dryer quit working they told me they will send a technician out to fix it. Never late on payments and it will be a day later to see what’s wrong….. I asked to swap it it out and was told no. Everything is at their convenience. They get there money but you won’t get the full product lol

I spoke to an associate director n the store who refused to give the their name. My delivery was two days late. The unprofessional is a I the highest level l. Don't do business with this store

They mislead you and even if you select you want to pay monthly they force you to do bi weekly and force you into autopay….kind of shady..then even though you pay the penny down, which is their promo, they wait until 2 hours before delivery to try to extort more money from you. Butch is a liar and when you catch him in his lies he gets frustrated and talks over you and hangs up…terrible customer service

This company does fraudulent orders on your account! I literally was looking up washers and dryers.. and got approved for a payment plan but never purchased. Then two days later received an email saying I purchased a TV! And that it was going to be delivered and they put an electronic signature that I did not agree to or anything! Please do not purchase from here. They are fraudulent!

The customer service reps and delivery people at this location are great. However, the person who identifies as the General Manager is one of the rudest, most unprofessional persons I've ever encountered. I've leased and paid off several items from Aaron's over the years with no issues. Most recently, I leased a 65" smart tv but after several months a bundle became available online that included a 65" smart tv and a Playstation 5 for about 15.00 more per month than what I was already paying. My bank account had been hacked, so she informed me that "Your last payment didn't go through, so either you or your bank flagged the payment and the warehouse won't be delivering anything to you until you make this payment!" This is understandable but it was her delivery. Very rude and unprofessional...especially when dealing with a long time customer who has been in good standing. I was an emergency medical communicator for 14 years and I've worked in customer service for over 20 and professionalism is a must when dealing with the public because you are the face\voice of your organization and word of mouth is everything. Hence, this review and please don't bother with the cut and paste apology...it's insulting.
