Most horrible customer service I have ever seen in my life. That keep saying the was calling my references and they never was , was giving me the run around and I sent my id and gave my social , so If they use my social for anything im sueing , and they placed approved me , but they kept giving me the run around like I couldn’t come in and show them proof , like it was jus a horrible experience, please don’t shop here

Went there for a refrigerator and wanted to do some price comparison. They were by far the best price and acted like they truly cared about me and what I needed. They will have my business come 8am tomorrow.

I leased a new washing Machine at the store located at La Gran plaza a few years ago and paid it off. I have not had any issues with my washing machine still works great. Because of their awesome customer service at this store I will be returning to lease a bedroom set now 😁 Would like to thank Juan and Terrence for their good customer service it has been great doing buisness with yall

Most horrible customer service I have ever seen in my life. I rented from the store on Lancaster all they want is to make a sale. I will be returning everything I bought. Been waiting on a King size box spring and mattress for two weeks. Just plain horrible!!

Not Worth it at all! You pay alot for cheap furniture. Bought a red "leather" couch and the material on this thing really sucks. And they kept trying get me to comeback by calling me very annoying. Won't make that mistake again by going back.
