Aaron's

I have been dealing with this company since I moved here from Arkansas five years ago, the staff, unfortunately all except for Allan has been great to me. Iโ€™ve been able to speak with each one maybe not personally but definitely over the phone. They are a great company to do business with they have a great selection of furniture and they also have ways of making your payments very very easy and it Fix your budget. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone that I come in contact with I would just warn them stay away from Allan. Thank you. Have a blessed day.

Texas law

What Texas law gives you before you sign

Texas regulates rent-to-own under Texas Rental-Purchase Agreement Act, and the rules are the same at every store in the state. Before you sign, the store has to put the cash price, the total cost to own the item, and the number of payments in front of you, so the real number is never buried in the fine print. Rent-to-own is a lease and not a loan, so there is no interest rate, and returning the item does not go on your credit.

This is a plain summary, not legal advice. Read your own agreement and confirm the terms with the store.
