I just recently had a death in the family and you all won't let me make payment arrangements since I'm out of town. I went with you all cause the representative you had sounded like a caring understanding person and now I'm about to lose my washer,dryer and fridge cause I'm not home to make a payment.

The products are great, the service at this particular location is threating and rude. Especially the lady Estella. My account is fairly new and yes, gets behind sometimes but I always make it correct as soon as I get the funds. Yet Estella immediately wants to try and schedule a pick up. I do not appreciate or understand her approach.

RECOMMEND AARONS or anywhere else!!! that brandy employee is horrible, doesn't know how to speak properly to people, tries over-talking you, not even giving you a chance to say anything. we were supposed to get a simple game console, told us it would be here by Wednesday between 1-4, it's 4:30 & nothing. we decided to call and she (brandy) was not there at the moment & we were told she would call us back in 10 min, WE called back 30-40 min later, letting her know that we were expecting her call for an update and she (brandy) says with attitude "oh well, I was on break." we asked her about the status of our delivery only for her to tell us we were still missing information. I don't understand how she couldn't of emailed or called us back saying we were missing a reference & I.d information that same day we emailed her all the information...instead she decided not to communicate with us til we called to get an update at 4:30 on Wednesday when nothing arrived... and says very rudely "well I did tell you on Monday all the information I needed" which didn't make sense to us because like i said, we had sent all the information needed which is how it got scheduled to be delivered Wednesday 2/28/24 between 1-4. By this point we were frustrated with her so we just decided to cancel everything Like i said, I recommend y'all take your business elsewhere.

There is a lady by the name of Brandy Taylor. She works at the #2187 store on Staples in Corpus Christi. Whenever I call or start a new contract she is always so professional and helpful. Need more staff like her. She is the epitome of what customer service should. Brandy is quite an asset. Thank you for everything you do!
