Look, im a super quiet girl, I dont like to complain ill just let them have one over on me until im done paying what I need to but obviously im not the first, I see all these other comments. honestly, this is the most unprofessional establishment ive ever dealt with. I ask them to pay my full balance and only the past due balance gets paid and that wasnt clarified considering im telling them to "pay the whole balance", there is no clarification, transparency or honesty in this company : i promise they can pick up my bed and Ill happily have a different one the same day. It feels like im paying more for their attitudes than my bed. They hung up in my face after letting them know I cant pay the whole balance right now I can only pay half.. and he (Christian) hangs up in my face after trying to resolve the issue. And yes ill make sure to never reference this rent a center again to someone along

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a joke. You can't go to one that's convenient to you. I made a purchase online, but I made it close to where I work. They refuse to help me in Beaumont. I have to go out of my way to a city that I don't even live in to get assistance. What a joke.

Worst place to get stuff from. I had placed an order and they refunded me without calling to tell me. Then proceeded to tell me I had a default which didn’t make sense when I’ve not rented through them. Then proceeded to tell me that they do not feel comfortable renting through me at all. Yet the lady Justice kept making up excuses on why not to rent any item for me. Not happy with her nor the company. I’ve never had a problem with rent a center till Justice kept making up excuses and not helping me get a washer and dryer. Highly do not recommend the store manager justice nor any of RAC staff. Shitty service and all!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with the team at Rent-A-Center. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Reggie, the manager, truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our final furniture selection. He ordered what we wanted and the delivery was handled perfectly. The team really went the distance to make sure everything was set up just right. Reggie was very personable and kept in touch with follow-up calls and texts, which made the whole experience feel very personal and attentive. He simplified the entire process and made it easy from beginning to end. Thank you to Reggie and the whole team for the outstanding service! Y’all have a forever customer here! 👏

Rent a center continues to automaticlly draft payments from my account for a refrigerator that I don't own. I'll be in contact with someone today. AGAIN

This is the second time we have been screwed over by this store. The manager and employees are a joke and do no know the agreements that are signed. The first time we used them was to get a bed frame for our daughter. The frame was advertised as 6 months same as cash. We signed the agreement and paid 2 months of it then decided to pay it off. We added what we had paid and subtracted it from the 6 month same as cash price and took the money to the store to pay off the item. The manager told my husband we owed significantly more than we did. My husband went over the contract with him and showed him what we owed. The manger (after a lot of arguing) finally took what was owed and we owned the bed frame. Fast forward to 2 days ago, my washer burned out. We are in between checks right now so we decided to give them one more chance. We went online, found a washer and dryer set and was told it would be $10 for the first week. We paid the $10, signed the agreement and scheduled an appointment for drop off. I waited until the drop off window closed and called the store to see why the delivery was not made. Gloria informed me that I would need to pay the entire first month in order to have the washer and dryer delivered. I asked why this was not told to me during the scheduling and she said the note in the computer says I was informed. I was not informed or I would have cancelled the entire order. I then called the store in Orange and asked the lady there if this was company policy and was informed that No it is not. I also called the cooperate office and was informed again that this is not store policy however the items we chose were not part of the $10 deal. Please tell me why I was able to complete the entire order online and sign an agreement if my items were not part of the deal. Rent a center is a lying, money hungry place. I do not suggest using them for anything.
