Waited around until i finally called at 5 pm and was told my name was never put on the schedule and the drivers had all went home already. So empty living room and no couch all weekend. What a shame

Every dissatisfied with my experience the ladies in there was too worried bout sitting on their butts one was eating her chips that they couldn’t even get up to look at what I was talking bout getting a couch n love seat if they would have looked up my account they would have seen I have done a lot of business with Aaron’s I will look else where for new living room suit this is twice they have done this to me

Aarons has been so very helpful in getting my new bedroom furniture! Miss Asia AND Miss Jabari is by far the most best wonderful polite A1 in customer service knows what they are talking about about in the products they both are selling to their customers for Aaron's!!!! In the future I will always go to the Beaumont store on Dowlen to do my future business with Aaron's just because of these two wonderful ladies! Y'all are very blessed to have these two ladies as y'all's employees!!!!! 🙏👍🙏 And as far as the president and CEO of this wonderful company y'all two really need to recognize these two wonderful polite ladies as y'all's number 1!!! Two employees at this location because if it was not for them two I would never have done business with y'all... Again these two ladies sold their products to me in a very fashionable very professional manner thanks to both of them!

Tried to rent something from them, went up there to get it so they didn't have to deliver it but they kept jerking me around saying they need a piece of mail with my name and address, then when I provided it they still didn't give it to me. Then they supposedly refunded my money but it never hit my card, so I came up to get my money back and they apparently have no money in the drawer

The Staff and Management Team were very Professional, Polite, and prompt on delivering my uncle's furniture for his new home. They were also efficient in addressing technical issues with his smart TV. From start of his leasing contracts to post delivery the service went smoothly and hassle free..
