I went to this location when I say Ms D she is amazing her customer service is on a whole nother level she's awesome she goes over and beyond to help. Mr Shun the manger here is also amazing he definitely go over and beyond as well I'm still in disbelief on how wonderful they are coming here you will not go wrong please come see them .🙏🙏
The new management is horrible they harass so much even when you explain things you tell them you can pay on Tuesday 12/16 and they say you only have till 12/13 I finished paying off my washer and dryer with them and just recently purchased a bedroom set I think they should know by know I want to keep my stuff they are constantly calling and leaving voicemails and coming to my door new staff is horrible oh and when I call to make a payment they keep me on hold a hang up and I have to keep calling 3 to 4 times to make my payment so frustrating this aarons was great before now it’s full of ignorant ppl
Manager is rude. Her excuse is because there is a plasma center next door. So I guess it’s okBathroom smells horrible and full of dirty diapers. Their Children behind the counter. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Just go to a different location.
Couldn’t make my payment on October cause off getting a new job and literally waiting on my check next week, I talked on the phone to let them know the reason why I’ve been late on Octobers payment, the person in the phone says “well if you can’t make the payment this week it’s better for you to return the merchandise” are you kidding me? What kind of store says that? Seriously so disappointed, treat people better and be more professional, it’s still gonna get paid!!
I had a very disappointing experience here. When I walked in, no one greeted me or offered any assistance until about 5min of me being in the store. I was asked to fill out an application, but after that, no one checked in or explained anything. It wasn’t until I was walking out the door then the guy says “did they give you an approval ratel clearly taken back by the lack of customer service—that someone finally spoke up. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was not good.
I purchased a new Xbox from them. I get it home. The box had marks on it like it’s already been open. I plug it up. It’s already in a update mode like somebody’s been doing it already before I had issues. I can’t contact Xbox support and they told me that this is like somebody else had already previously owned it. It had an error that could not be fixed according to Xbox support they told me to bring it back when I called to ask for Eugene who sold me the Xbox. The lady acted like he wasn’t there and then told me that all they had were used Xbox one nobody said that in the first place.
Awful, absolutely awful. I shopped for furniture with Carlos, six weeks ago. Picked out a bedroom, living room, coffee tables, TV and rugs. He hands wrote what I wanted, and told me I was too early for the request to be entered. I understand that, so i go back in two weeks ago, to ensure the order is entered and delivery date is set. We again go over what I'm ordering, he checks his hand written list and confirms what I've requested. To only get to moving day and be told that my bedroom order was never entered. So, I was proactive, to ensure they had gotten the request correct, had him confirm my order... to get it wrong. Asked them to take it all back, because they weren't willing to make it right. Horrible service, horrible experience, just go to Rent a center. Jose is willing to help and will get it right, not like Carlos.
