it’s a good, clean and peaceful environment here. everyone is very understanding and friendly, and our needs when it comes to maintenance and everything else are always met !

My experience is it is CLEAN no bugs, no rats,.. 2 bedroom can't beat that oh and the aparent manager dana is a sweetheart.

This place is well kept, great people and community! We have an amazing landlord Dana and excellent maintenance man Jimmy! Everything here is always so nicely upkept and if there any issues they are fixed immediately! I would definitely recommend reaching out about Dana apartment if you are looking. You cant find better community & hospitality. Also very affordable for how nice they are!

I love my community at Sparta Apartments, we strive to make this place as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We are working daily to improve Sparta Apartments. We have some of the best tenants, tenants who care about each other but at the same time don’t impose on each other. We’re a very friendly quite community!
