Bestway Rent To Own

Several problems with this business. I cant say they are not friendly, as they are; however when they are in the wrong, they will avoid you. Especially when there employee did damage to our brand new home that was just built. I had a huge hole in my garage wall that took almost a month to repair. Instead of hiring a professional to repair, they get their associate to do the job. It does not look professional, basically a patch work job that looks horrible. I gave up hope of it getting fixed. I also did a 3mth same as cash sofa, quoted on price and it was a different payout price, it was explained as the difference was a damage waiver fee.

I have to publicly apologize to the manager Becca- I’ve been a customer for a long time and normally always make my payment early But I had recently fallen behind by just a few days about $88 or so.. The store had called a couple of times, but I was unavailable to answer and then before I was given a chance to respond, I received back-to-back calls and text messages from both the automated system and the manager leaving me feeling bombarded in the moment… I called the store upset, and I wrongfully took my anger out on the manager, Becca, all because I felt bombarded. That was wrong of me. I made my payment was able to catch back up, but I should not have taken my anger out on Becca. She’s a very nice lady and she tries to work with people…. The store is good at being flexible as far as getting you the furniture that you want and switching things out if you don’t like it, just don’t fall behind on your payment at all.

Becca is amazing!! I highly recommend them for any furniture needs. They will work with you as long as you communicate and hold up on your end.

Just had a huge, major life change recently and needed to rent to own a brand new washer/ dryer and Queen sized bed. Becca and Heather was Ah-mazing! They made the whole process seemingly easy. They were so down to earth and had a very "at home" type of vibe that I deeply and sincerely appreciated given my situation. They explained the whole process to me and made sure that I had all of the information needed to be successful with my purchase. The store was very clean and inviting. There was a guy there (I can't remember his name) but he's got long blonde hair. He was very welcoming and kept my 4 year old and I entertained, lol. All in all, I'm very satisfied with everyone at this store and my purchase. 😊

The team/ staff here were amazing! They delivered everything quickly and with no damages! Becca was great, and made sure the process was smooth! Great experience!
