WARNING!!!! READ To the END!!! My experience was great. Jamie was so sweet and so helpful she knew when to walk away and give me a moment to shop and she was right there when I had questions. she showed me several options and where I could save money. all the staff went above and beyond. My only complaint is delivery they seem to be covered up. I have to wait until February 17, to use my new bed. Johnson City TN. , store needs help in that area. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars all day. UPDATE!!! Wrong bed delivered, I ended up liking wrong bed after waiting for over a month on the correct one, I agreed to keep it, however less than 2 months in my home and the wood is splitting. I have insurance so I’ll update on what kind of process that is. I will probably never buy another item from Badcock just go ahead spend the extra money at Grand home Furniture and get the quality I expect.

Right off the start, when we purchased our couch in May they let us know about delays and how long it may take to get our furniture. We anticipated a 2 month wait but got a call a month later that it was in and they could deliver that day! The service team that came out months later to fix a defect were professional and helpful. Had no problems getting issues fixed 4/5 months after purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Great deal on the furniture itself, but I was most impressed with the delivery service. After scheduling the delivery, they gave a call ahead to give me time to make it from work back home and to confirm directions. They arrived within minutes of the estimate they gave and upon arrival, did a quick run through of where the furniture would go, which layout we would like and were very respectful of my time and were extremely efficient in unpacking and assembling everything. It's always awkward standing there watching someone else do work but they hit the perfect balance of professional yet funny where it actually makes it an enjoyable experience. After explaining how to disassemble and rearrange the furniture if we ever decided to change things up in the future, they went over the final paperwork and we were done in less than 20 minutes. Top notch all around. These guys deserve a raise.

We went to Badcock looking for a new living room set. While there we experienced amazing customer service the minute we walked in the door. The sales associate Trent showed us several different sets and took the time to explain the different types of fabric. We were able to get our credit approved that evening and purchase our new living room set. It arrived in just a few short days. When we went to pick it up, a gentleman helped us load it into our vehicles. Overall, a great experience!

Ken the manager here was extremely helpful. I recently moved to this area and I just wanted to make sure my account was moved. He was great. They all were very nice here.
