I had made calls to setup a biweekly payment. They being rentacenter set up the payment on the wrong week so when I call them on that week and tell them they had the wrong week. The managers like I need a payment or im going to have to come pick it up... I called on friday and just needed until Monday and they refused to give me any time on the agreement. So as far as im concerned I will no longer do business with rentacenter at all under no circumstance at all ... managers are very rude and disrespectful.

I’ve used RAC for all my needs for years, since 2019. Johanna & the staff are AMAZING. There’s not been a single time I didn’t feel like a valued customer. The ONLY company I will ever use for any furniture needs that we don’t want to right away pay hugely out of pocket.

This will be my last time going through rent a center. Tacking on extra fees towards the end of pay off. I've been late before and paid the fees but this last go round it was extra fees that's never been added before. Will not use again

Freaking awesome staff. They go over and beyond making sure you are taken care of even through hard times. Joanna is by far one of my favorite business people. Staff is very kind.

I called Friday (12/06/24) to inform the manager I was going to be making the payment on Monday, instead of Saturday, due to an unforeseeable circumstance. I had only ever been late once prior, by 1 day. The manager was very rude with me, and vulgar, demanding not only to pay the payment that was late and the late fee (no problem) but also demanded that I pay a double payment. When I told her that wasn't going to happen, I'll pay it as scheduled, she became irrational and rude. This isn't a car payment, this is an appliance payment. This isn't how you keep customers. I'm going to take my business else where, because I'm not going to be talked to so unprofessional by someone who's just a manager at Rent a Center. I was very polite in letting her know it was going to be late, and I expected her to be polite likewise. Does corporate even read the reviews??
