Rude staff. The woman working the counter was talking to everyone but me and wouldn't give me proof of drop off.
Ive been dealing with difficulty personal situation and someone was set to make a payment for my rental. The store manager has been made aware of the situation and that the payment was court ordered by the other party. They didn't make the payment and I tried to see if they would work with me. Instead of speaking with me calm the store manager over spoke with me and yelled at me. When I told her that she was been aggressive I was met with more aggressive sarcastic i'm sorry you feel that way. She gave me an 800 and they are going to work with me and change the store location for me. Phillip was amazing and extremely helpful. Rent at a different rent a center unless u want rudeness and 4 times a day harassment calls that even telemarketing isnt allowed to do.
I had made calls to setup a biweekly payment. They being rentacenter set up the payment on the wrong week so when I call them on that week and tell them they had the wrong week. The managers like I need a payment or im going to have to come pick it up... I called on friday and just needed until Monday and they refused to give me any time on the agreement. So as far as im concerned I will no longer do business with rentacenter at all under no circumstance at all ... managers are very rude and disrespectful.
I’ve used RAC for all my needs for years, since 2019. Johanna & the staff are AMAZING. There’s not been a single time I didn’t feel like a valued customer. The ONLY company I will ever use for any furniture needs that we don’t want to right away pay hugely out of pocket.
This will be my last time going through rent a center. Tacking on extra fees towards the end of pay off. I've been late before and paid the fees but this last go round it was extra fees that's never been added before. Will not use again
Freaking awesome staff. They go over and beyond making sure you are taken care of even through hard times. Joanna is by far one of my favorite business people. Staff is very kind.
