Horrible customer service. The managers lies to your face. Used car salesman vibes. The electronic mark ups are incredibly high compared to RAC and BestWay. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scam artists. $899.99 for an iPad mini is crazy. Then the harassing text messages and phone calls on top of it. They’re as shady as shady gets. They double charged me on the same device. Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost. I have no clue who they paid to get a 4.8 star rating.
Been in Tennessee over a year now and have been doing business with Jeff and amber since I arrived, great people always going above and beyond to get anything I ask for and very accommodating. My 7 year old keeps wanting to come work for them we do so much business there lol, keep up the good work guys I don’t want to do business anywhere else

The RentPros is the only place I’ll get furniture!! It’s a great investment if you’re like me and can’t afford a lump sum amount for a couch and need to make payments. They are so kind and accommodating. They take the time to make sure their customers know all the furniture selection they offer (whether in store or by ordering) and offer great suggestions based off of the dimensions of your available space and your style preference. Amber is so sweet and knows how to make her customers feel welcome and cared for! I also love that they deliver the furniture to your home - at no extra cost! You can’t find better customer service anywhere else!

This is the best place to get any furniture, appliances, etc. This is the only place I want to do business with. They are so friendly and amazing. They work with you and help you with anything they can help with. I love Amber and the whole team is amazing! They treat you like family. I will always do business with them, they are absolutely wonderful!
